Check In
Reservations
- A credit card is required to hold all reservations
- Gift Certificates can be used for room reservations and spa services
- Credit card and valid photo identification must be presented at check-in
- All balances are due in full at check-in
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
Minimum Stays
- Two-night minimums are in effect for weekends
Cancellations
- For guests making new reservations on or after July 6 for arrival dates through September 30, we will allow the reservation to be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
- We must receive notice of cancellation or change no later than 3 days prior to your date of arrival
- If your reservation falls on a holiday period, we must receive notice 7 days prior to your date of arrival
- Cancellations or changes within 3 days (or 7 days for holidays) of arrival are liable for the entire amount of the original reservation
- “No shows,” early departures and delayed arrivals are the same as a cancellation, and all monies due will be collected
Groups
- For groups reserving three or more rooms, a 30-day cancellation policy applies, and 50% of the total is required
Maximum Occupancy
- Rooms are configured for two people only, with the exception of Grand Champion, Morning Dove and Celestial Moon, which under certain circumstances can accommodate 4 people
- $35 charge per additional person in above rooms
Smoking, Candles, and Pets
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of our facilities, only in a specified area in the garden. Please show consideration for others guests’ smoking preferences. Please do not smoke in your room or anywhere in the inn
- Open flames (i.e. candles) are not permitted inside any of our rooms
- We have a strict no pets policy. We love animals, but maintain pet-free rooms. If a pet is found to have stayed in any of our rooms, then a $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed
